    Kathy, We have reviewed the situation fully and according to our delivery professional he knocked on your door two separate times trying to get you to the door. Afterward he left the arrangement on the front porch. Then closed the order in our system sending an email to the sender stating that they were left on the front porch. On further investigation, we found that the sender did not provide your phone number or your email address on the order submitted to us. We have refunded the sender for the full amount.

    The flowers I received are beautiful! My only complaint is the delivery - I was not home at the time and the glass vase was placed on a narrow ledge on my front porch which was about 4 feet high. Had there been a good gust of wind the flowers would have been goners! Thankfully, that wasn't the case, but in the future maybe placing the flowers down low might be better/safer. Thank you!

The roads were too icy in our neighborhood for him to make the trip to pick them up, so Holman’s insisted on delivering them to our house, regardless of the terrain.     I ordered from Michigan, by chance in April when I was trying to find a way to cheer my mom up, who was visiting my sister, when Covid hit. My mom and sister just loved the beautiful bouquet that was delivered. I called again to send something for Thanksgiving. Chris delivered the most beautiful centerpiece. He even refreshed the flowers the day before Thanksgiving. I plan to keep ordering just to keep their spirits up through the winter months. I highly recommend Holman's arrangements as a cure to the isolation of Covid.

    I highly recommend Holman Florist. I have never had a Florist send me a pic of some flowers I order before. I have to say Holman is the best. They sent me a pic of the flowers I was sending to my mom for her Birthday. They were just beautiful. Holman Florist goes out of there way to make ever special occasion you are celebrating look as beautiful and special as possible. They are the best.

    we are very pleased with Holman Florist. Their handlign of this deliver was excellent; they did not have in sock what was originally ordered, but quickly worked with me to resolve it; and the result was better than what had been planned. My wife told me she thought it may be the prettiest arrangement i had gotten to her. the outreach that they do is an excellent example of customer service. We were kept up to date on all that was going on, and they made sure that we were satisfied with the product, which we were. needless to say, we will be using HolmanFlorist in the future.

    Excellent customer service all around!!!! First I was going to place an order via the phone and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't have all the info I needed to place the order. Placed an order online and they were able to create an order that was just what I was thinking. Also since I'm a few states away they sent me a nice follow up with a picture which made my day. They are the florist Togo to. I loved the customer service which their were florist like y'all everywhere! Thank you Holman!

    I placed my order on line and within minutes the store was calling to confirm my order. Within a couple hours the florist at Holman sent me a pic of the arrangement and a couple more hours later I had a call from my family thanking me for the beautiful arrangement. Thank You Holman Florist!
