The process was so easy, confirmation email came very quickly, and when I called to check up they were kind and prompt.     Ordering a plant or bouquet over the internet from out of state is always daunting. You are never sure what will actually be delivered. I was very pleased when I saw a photo of the plant I ordered from a friend that was at the memorial service. It was absolutely beautiful.     I was a little late in ordering the arrangement I needed. Distinctive Gifts made it happen though, and they did not disappoint. The arrangement was beautiful and arrived ahead of the time I had requested. They even called me to let me know when it was delivered. I also received a photo of the actual arrangement they made and delivered. I've never had a florist do that before. I will definitely use them again if I need to do so.
